Extended office hours
You can enter the Scottish Nature Photography Awards 2025 and upload your images and videos 24 hours a day online. We also have extended office hours up to the close of entries and upload deadlines as follows:
25/26/27 November 2025 10am to 6pm
28/29 November 2025 10am to 8pm
30 November 2025 10am to Midnight (close of entries)
1 December 2025 10am to 4pm
2/3/4 December 2025 10am to 6pm
5/6 December 2025 10am to 8pm
7 December 2025 10am to 4pm (final upload deadline)
POSTAL ENTRIES
How to enter:
Start by downloading the Scottish Nature Video Award 2025 entry form PDF here. Just print off the form, complete it and send with your payment and video(s) on a disc.
Deadlines:
Postal entries with a postmark date of 30th November 2025 or before will be accepted if they are received after the closing date.
We always acknowledge receipt of your postal entry by email (or phone if you don't have an email address) so if you don't hear from us with 5 working days of posting your entry, please
get in touch with us in case there is a problem.
